Is My Dog Far Right? home THE BUREAU OF
CANINE POLITICAL AFFILIATION
THE BUREAU GIFT SHOP

Terms of Sale

LAST UPDATED 2 OCTOBER 2026

These terms apply when you buy merchandise from the Bureau Gift Shop on this website. Please read them before you order. They don’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

The shop is run by Is My Dog Far Right?, 10 Providence Avenue, Rochester, Kent. You can contact us at oliver@mather.ml.

“Is My Dog Far Right?” and the “Bureau of Canine Political Affiliation” are satire. The appraisal printed on your item is a joke generated by an AI from your photo. It isn’t a statement about you, your dog or anyone’s politics.

2. Our products

Every item is made to order and personalised with your photo and your dog’s appraisal. The pictures in the shop are illustrations. Colours, crop and finish of the printed item may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Our print partner may make small adjustments so the design fits the product.

3. Your photo

By ordering, you confirm that you took the photo or have permission to use it, and that printing it won’t infringe anyone’s rights. Don’t upload photos of people who haven’t agreed to it. We or our print partner may refuse or cancel an order if the content appears unlawful or offensive. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The delivery charge is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, when you place your order. We never see or store your card details.

5. Your order

Our contract with you starts when your payment is taken and you receive a receipt by email. If we can’t make or deliver your order, we’ll tell you and refund everything you paid.

6. Making and delivering your order

Your item is printed and posted by our print partner, Prodigi, and its network of print labs. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days, then delivered by tracked post. Delivery times are estimates. Your order page shows progress and tracking once your item has been dispatched.

We currently deliver to: United Kingdom. Your item is your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancelling

Usually you can cancel an online order within 14 days. That right doesn’t apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)), and every item in this shop is personalised. So we can’t accept cancellations or returns because you’ve changed your mind once your item has been made.

Orders go to production quickly. If you email oliver@mather.ml straight away, we’ll cancel and refund your order if printing hasn’t started.

8. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll put it right. See our Returns policy. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Our responsibility to you

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

10. Complaints and the law

If you have a problem, email oliver@mather.ml with your order number. Your order number is shown on your order page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you placed your order.
